Our client, an international service provider, is seeking a talented Presales Manager specializing in various solutions (Server, Storage, Network, Security, or Cloud). The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and industry knowledge to design and implement innovative solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.

• Design and present technical solutions, ensuring they align with client objectives and business needs.

• Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to showcase the value of solutions to potential clients.

• Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing any client inquiries or concerns.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.

• Work closely with product management and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and drive product improvements.

• Prepare and deliver proposals, RFP responses, and other sales documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role, with expertise in Server, Storage, Network, Security, or Cloud solutions.

• Strong technical knowledge of at least one of the following: Server/Storage, Network, Security, or Cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Proven ability to design and present complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a client-centric approach.

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
