Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Drive the end-to-end ERP migration project, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, data conversion and post-go-live support.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with business units (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Production, HR, etc.) to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with Microsoft partner and system integrator to ensure smooth transition and integration.
• Risk & Issue Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
• Budget & Timeline Oversight: Monitor project costs and schedules, ensuring alignment with approved plans.
• Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to support user adoption and training.
• Data Migration Oversight: Ensure accurate and secure migration of data from SAP to D365, including validation and reconciliation.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure the project adheres to internal policies, data privacy regulations, and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ERP project management, with hands-on experience in SAP and Microsoft D365.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Sales, Production, HR).
• Proven track record in managing complex system migrations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
