Job Description
- Daily photography and videography of various residential and commercial properties to record their actual condition and features
- Shoot high-quality indoor and outdoor photos and promotional videos, focusing on showcasing space layout, lighting effects, and design details
- Sort and preliminary screening of shooting materials to ensure clear images, professional composition, and compliance with post-production standards
- Communicate with property agents and market teams, and deliver image data in a timely manner that meets the requirements
- Have basic photography knowledge and practical operating experience, familiar with the use of single-lens reflex or mirrorless cameras
- Master basic lighting techniques and be able to shoot high-quality images in different environments
- Personal photography equipment, including cameras, tripods, and lighting tools,
- Have time management skills, be able to independently complete the shooting schedule of multiple real estate projects
- Applicants with property photography experience are preferred, and past works must be provided for review
