Position Overview

We are a vibrant foreign worker dormitory management company, and we sincerely invite experienced elites to join our team to help the company expand new subsidiary businesses. This position is responsible for the operation management of ESLS Scheme foreign worker recruitment services, reporting to the company's senior management, establishing and optimizing the recruitment process, and ensuring efficient provision of suitable foreign worker talents to Hong Kong employers! We are looking for energetic and daring business establishment and operation talents to expand our business map together. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and institutionalizing our new business expansion and directly reporting to the company's management layer.

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall establishment of the new recruitment business, including company structure design, business license application and team building (3-5 people).

  • Introduce and design the development mileage plan to the company management layer and implement it

  • Develop operating procedures, budget management, and performance indicators, and report to senior management.

  • Utilize the company's existing customer network, develop and maintain employer relationships to develop customers.

  • Collaborate with existing intermediaries, design a reasonable profit-sharing mechanism, and avoid competitive conflicts.

  • Lead and supervise the recruitment manager to ensure smooth business operations.

  • In-depth understanding of various industries in Hong Kong (such as construction, catering, retail, etc.), ensuring accurate talent matching

  • Support the team in building company culture, and ensure service quality meets the company's professional standards

  • Monthly income can reach $30,000 to $50,000+

Entry Requirements:

  • Grade Five or above diploma graduation

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in establishing new businesses or new teams (for example, independently responsible for new projects in the service industry or human resources field)

Other requirements:

  • Have extensive experience in successfully operating the ESLS Scheme for foreign labor recruitment (having personally handled at least 50 or more successful approval cases in the past, and familiar with the entire quota application, document submission, progress follow-up and entry arrangements process)

  • Requirements: Align with Sun Mission, Vision and Values; Extremely Well Organized personality, attention to details, able to independently bear pressure

  • Professional skills: Have good customer service and intermediary coordination skills, be familiar with Chinese and English computer operations and file processing

  • Soft skills: proactive, strong execution, strong sense of responsibility, and results-oriented

  • Work experience: Candidates with experience in overseas labor recruitment, human resources companies or labor department-approved employment centers are preferred; those with domestic intermediary resources are even better

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, office software, and CRM software
