Job Description
Appointment Requirements
(a) Preferably Completed Form 3 and with computer knowledge; and(b) has had experience and proven competency in the discharge of school services, and
(c) Patient and in good manners.
Duties:(a) Provide reception services and handle general inquiries, clerical duties, and administrative support as assigned
(b) Primary Education with 1 year or above working experience, preferably in education
Good in both written and spoken Chinese, Putonghua, and English
(c) Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing (40 wpm)
Polite, responsible, and pleasant with good communication skills
(d) Other tasks assigned by the School
(e) Monthly Salary: HK$15,175.00 – HK$17,555.00
