What You’ll Be Doing

• Regional Strategy Leadership: Shape and implement the operational strategy for Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with global business goals.

• Operational Management: Supervise full air and ocean freight workflows, including customs brokerage, to guarantee service consistency, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency. Maintain direct oversight of SOPs, monitor end‑to‑end processes, and ensure zero service disruptions or offloads.

• Growth & Market Development: Identify new trade routes, strategic alliances, and operational improvements to strengthen the company’s footprint across key Southeast Asian markets.

• Client & Commercial Support: Work closely with sales teams on major tenders and key account management, maintaining strong senior‑level relationships with priority customers and partners.

• People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop country managers and regional operations teams, building a culture of accountability, ownership, and disciplined execution.

• Financial Oversight: Take full responsibility for the region’s P&L, managing budgets, cost structures, and capital allocation to drive sustainable profitability while upholding service quality.

Who They’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 10 years of senior leadership experience in international logistics or freight forwarding, with proven success overseeing multi‑country operations in Southeast Asia.

• Technical Expertise: Strong command of air and ocean freight operations, customs processes, and cross‑border regulatory requirements.

• Commercial & Financial Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, scale operations, and drive performance in diverse and emerging markets.

• Stakeholder Influence: Excellent ability to engage with customers, partners, and government authorities.

• Leadership Style: Capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on operational involvement, with a strong focus on compliance and integrity.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar postgraduate qualification preferred.

Requirements

Must‑Have

1. Experience using CargoWise

2. Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in international logistics or air freight forwarding

3. Proven ability to manage multi‑country operations in Southeast Asia

4. Fluency in Mandarin and English

5. Regional exposure across Asia Pacific

6. Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields

7. HKPR or valid Hong Kong work visa
