1. Independently handle the full recruitment process from understanding the clients' hiring needs, assessing and identifying the right candidates, presenting candidates to meet clients' job requirement
2. Building professional relationship with candidates and clients through warm calls
3. Managing the interview process in an effective and professional manner and provide professional advice to both clients and candidates
4. Continually develop knowledge on current market / industry trends relating to the industry or job function
5. Support the Consulting Manager to formulate the long-list / shortlist strategy to build up the search targets

Requirements:

1. University graduate with Bachelor degree in any discipline
   3 years+ working experience
2. Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced and result-oriented environment
3. Excellent language skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
4. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Consultant
