Three. Job Responsibilities
Fund sales and fundraising
1. Design and implement a comprehensive fund external sales and fundraising strategy, based on market dynamics and company goals, accurately position potential customer groups, including but not limited to high net worth individuals, institutional investors (such as banks, insurance companies, pension funds, family offices, etc.), and ensure that the company's sales and fundraising targets are met.
3. In-depth understanding of customers’ investment needs, risk preferences and financial situation, providing personalized fund investment solutions, building long-term stable customer relationships, improving customer satisfaction and loyalty, and promoting continuous growth in customer assets.
4. Actively explore new sales channels and fundraising methods, establish close cooperative relationships with various financial institutions, third-party wealth management platforms, intermediaries, etc., expand business cooperation opportunities, and achieve mutually beneficial and win-win results.
5. Monitor market competition, collect market information and customer feedback, promptly report to company management, and adjust sales and fundraising strategies based on market changes to ensure that our products remain competitive in the market.
6. The fundraising target is set at $2 million per month.
Four. Job Requirements
(1)Education and major
1. Have a bachelor's degree or above from a well-known university, with finance, economics, business administration, law and other related fields given priority. Solid professional knowledge foundation helps to better understand the financial market and fund business, and provide professional investment advice to customers.
1. Have at least 5 years of financial industry sales experience, with at least 3 years of fund sales or fundraising-related work experience, those with successful large-scale fund sales projects or fundraising cases are preferred. Rich industry experience can help candidates quickly adapt to their positions, accurately grasp market demand, and effectively promote sales and fundraising work.
2. Have some management or supervision experience, be able to lead the team to carry out work, have good team collaboration and communication and coordination skills. In the complex financial market environment, team collaboration and communication are crucial, and they can ensure the effective execution of sales and fundraising strategies.
(Three) Skills and abilities
1. Have excellent sales and negotiation skills, be able to effectively communicate with different types of customers, accurately grasp customer needs, and achieve sales and fundraising goals. Good sales and negotiation skills are key factors in achieving business growth.
3. Have excellent market analysis and judgment skills, be able to keenly perceive market dynamics and industry trends, adjust sales and fundraising strategies in a timely manner, and adapt to market changes.
