Senior IT Engineer

• Responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of the company's daily network operations, ensuring that all systems continue to run reliably

• Set up, manage and troubleshoot enterprise-level Wi-Fi, network printers, point-of-sale (POS) systems, closed-circuit television (CCTV), access control systems, and conference room audiovisual (AV) equipment

• Install, maintain and monitor multiple company servers (covering physical servers and virtualization platforms), and perform regular health checks and performance tuning

• Provide daily technical support services to non-IT department colleagues, quickly diagnose and solve common problems such as software and hardware, account permissions, network access, and improve overall operating efficiency

• Proficient in firewall, router, switch, and VPN configuration and management

• Have experience in the actual deployment and maintenance of Domain Controller, Active Directory (AD) and LDAP

• Mainstream cloud services (such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud infrastructure deployment experience are particularly valuable

• Have independent work ability, be able to prioritize tasks according to their urgency and importance, and respond and handle emergencies quickly

• Have good communication and expression skills and a service-oriented mindset, and be able to explain technical issues and solutions in a clear and understandable way to non-technical colleagues

• Fluent in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin communication skills

• Must meet one of the following Hong Kong work qualifications: Hong Kong permanent resident, High Talent Pass (High Talent Pass), Outstanding Talent Entry Program (Outstanding Talent Pass), Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Arrangement (IANG), Dependents' Entry Visa, or other valid work permit

• Working hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, with office work as the main focus and occasional trips to retail stores to provide support

• Five-day work week
