We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Barista to join our team at our new café. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to be part of building a brand from the ground up.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a barista, with strong technical skills and confidence in working independently. Latte art is a must - we are looking for someone who can consistently deliver high-quality, visually appealing drinks that reflect our brand standards.

As a Senior Barista, you will play a key role in setting the tone for quality, consistency, and customer experience. You will also support in training and developing future team members as we grow, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership-focused role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to a consistent standard

• Demonstrate strong latte art skills across a range of drinks

• Work independently and confidently manage the coffee bar during busy periods

• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards at all times

• Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive café experience

• Support in training and mentoring junior baristas as the team grows

• Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and service

• Assist with stock management, ordering, and daily operations

• Contribute to improving workflows and overall efficiency

• Uphold and represent the café’s brand values and standards
