<p>We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Commercial Director to build and lead the global business development and sales functions for the Nickel-Zinc (NiZn) battery and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) product lines. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on expanding our international footprint and supporting mission-critical applications such as AI-driven infrastructure, data centers, and intelligent transportation systems.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities<br>Develop and execute global commercial strategies to drive growth and capture market share in the NiZn battery and UPS sectors.<br>Lead market intelligence efforts, including competitive and customer analysis, to identify commercial opportunities across both public and private sectors.<br>Engage deeply with customers to understand evolving needs and co-develop tailored energy solutions, including early adoption programs for NiZn technology.<br>Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term engagement and repeat business.<br>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) and external partners (vendors, suppliers, industry groups) to ensure successful solution delivery.<br>Build and lead a high-performing global sales and business development team, setting clear goals and coaching for performance.<br>Oversee major negotiations and close strategic deals aligned with company objectives.<br>Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations that clearly communicate our unique value proposition.</p> <p><br>Qualifications<br>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related field.<br>10–15 years of commercial experience in the battery or UPS industry, with a proven track record in market expansion and revenue growth.<br>Demonstrated success in providing energy solutions to sectors such as data centers, telecom, or IT infrastructure.<br>Strong commercial acumen with insight into market and technology trends.<br>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.<br>Experienced team leader with the ability to inspire, manage, and grow high-performing teams.<br>Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.<br>Highly adaptable, results-oriented, and able to thrive in dynamic environments.<br>Strong ethical standards and professional integrity.<br>Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.<br>Willingness to travel frequently for business.<br>Note: Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Commercial Director role.</p> <p></p> <p></p>
