Duties:

2. Design and optimize high-end customization solution: Provide global asset allocation, wealth management product sales, overseas corporate structure establishment, and comprehensive financial consulting solutions for high net worth individuals and enterprises.

3. Plan customer activities and relationship maintenance: Responsible for executing customer meetings, private consultations, etc., coordinate publicity content and materials; if necessary, serve as the keynote speaker or core interpreter role, strengthen the brand's professional image and customer conversion efficiency.

4. Drive cross-departmental collaboration and full customer lifecycle management: Responsible for core customer reception and long-term relationship management, efficiently coordinate with related departments to drive project smooth landing; manage project progress, risk control and customer expectations throughout the process, and continuously improve conversion rate and customer repeat purchase and referral intention.

5. Guide team members: Through systematic training of newcomers, establish standardized knowledge and methodological theory, and comprehensively enhance the overall team's professional level and delivery quality.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, accounting/finance/economics background is preferred; with more than 10 years of relevant work experience, those with high net worth client management, asset allocation or with bank compliance experience are preferred.

2. Have independent solution design capability: good at integrating asset allocation and product knowledge, etc., and directly delivering professional results to customers.

5. Able to efficiently produce structurally clear and visually exquisite high-quality PPT materials; familiar with Photoshop, Keynote, etc. Design tools are preferred.
