Senior Editorial Officer / Assistant Publishing Manager for ELT Publications

We are now looking for experienced candidates with teaching or educational publishing in Hong Kong. Join us and become part of our dynamic team of educators.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, editing and quality checking the scripts of all English Language Teaching (ELT) educational materials
• Draft and refine engaging curriculum-aligned content, including mock exam papers, practice exercises, and supplementary guides
• Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and relevance to Hong Kong curricula
• Collaborate closely with editors, writers, and other teammates to maintain high editorial standards
• Collaborate with production team on publishing and multi-media productions
• Participate in the research and development of e-Learning materials and multi-media content
• Meet deadlines and communicate effectively on project progress

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in English Language or in a discipline related to the subject
• Minimum 6 years of experience in teaching or educational publishing related to Hong Kong curricula
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Assistant Publishing Manager
• Being familiar with Hong Kong public exam requirements and formats preferred
• Strong self-motivation, detail-orientation, communication, patience and teamwork skills
• Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)
