Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the comprehensive analytical and management functions of the Finance Department.

• Establish, refine, and implement specific financial management policies and procedures in accordance with the group's financial and accounting regulations.

• Monitor the company's financial status, operating performance, and cash flow movements, and lead financial, cost, budgeting, budgetary control, supervision, and financial analysis tasks.

• Organize the preparation of budgets, financial revenue/expenditure plans, cost management plans, and financial reports.

• Maintain and design financial systems.

• Coordinate internal and external audits and assist in financial inspections.

• Conduct financial analysis for relevant investment projects.

• Undertake other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with an accounting professional qualification (CPA or equivalent). Experience in Chinese-funded enterprises is preferred.

• Minimum 8 years of relevant financial work experience, with a strong understanding of financial regulations, management principles, and the ability to oversee regional financial operations, budgeting, data analysis, and tax planning.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Kingdee financial systems is a plus.

• Meticulous, proactive, and highly organized with strong planning and execution capabilities.
