Our client is an insurance broker in Hong Kong, they are currently looking fora high caliber to fill up above position.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle the entire process of financial lines and employee benefits insurance, including enquiry, scheme design, quotation analysis, and claims support. Primary focus on Warranty & Indemnity Insurance (M&A Insurance), Directors & Officers Liability Insurance (D&O), Investment Management Insurance, while also covering Cyber Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance, etc.
• Regularly review and analyze policy wording differences across major insurance products, tailor and optimize coverage solutions based on client needs, and provide professional recommendations.
• Efficiently and professionally assist in claims handling, acting as the key bridge between clients and insurers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team on client visits, maintain and deepen client relationships through professional communication and advisory services, achieve retention of existing business, and secure new business wins and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirement

• IIQE Paper 2 is a must
