• 12+ years progressive HR experience required
• Expertise in HK and PRC employment law
• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies supporting business growth across multiple locations
• Lead all HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, and employee relations
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives
• Oversee compliance with HK and PRC labor regulations while maintaining international quality standards
• Drive talent development programs to build organizational capability and retention
• Collaborate with cross-border HR teams to ensure policy alignment and best practice sharing
• Provide strategic HR guidance to support expansion and operational excellence
• Occasional regional travel required (approximately 20%)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field
• 12+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
• Background in manufacturing, retail, healthcare or FMCG sectors preferred
• Expertise in HK and PRC employment law; ISO/GMP environment experience advantageous
• Proven ability to build trust and influence at all organizational levels
• Strong analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Tech-savvy with advanced HRIS and Microsoft Office capabilities
