Job Responsibilities:

·Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR and Administration department, covering areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, welfare activities, and general office administration.

·Provide administrative and clerical support to the department, management, and staff, including arrangements for travel (hotel, tickets, visas) and processing staff reimbursements.

·Develop and implement talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and nurture top talent

·Implement strategic initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster a culture of continuous improvement

· Analyze employee feedback and engagement metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes

·Organize and manage company events and activities that promote team cohesion and a positive work environment

Job Requirements:

·Degree holders in Business Administration / Human Resources or related disciplines

· A minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience

·A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude

·Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.

· Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies

·Proactive,creativeand energetic and passionate in sharingknowledge

·Proficient user in MS Office applications
