Location: Hong Kong

Reporting to: HR Manager

Salary: HK$22,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing: Independently handle monthly payroll calculations, including basic salary, overtime, allowances, deductions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.

• MPF Administration: Manage company employees' Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) contributions, declarations, record-keeping, and related documentation.

• Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from drafting and updating job descriptions, posting advertisements, screening CVs, arranging and conducting interviews, issuing offers, to new hire onboarding and probation follow-up.

• Tax Compliance Support: Assist accounting firm with company tax declaration by providing HR data including employee salary, benefits, and related information.

• Business Contract Support: Assist business teams with HR-related contracts and documents as needed (e.g., employment contracts, simple service agreements), including document organization and basic review.

• Administrative Duties: Handle general HR and office administration, including employee file management, document filing, report preparation, and simple government or internal system submissions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years Hong Kong HR practical experience

• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and MPF scheme

• Proficient in Excel and HR systems

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
