Position Overview:

We are seeking a Information Technology Project Manager—you are not only an excellent project manager but also a hands-on full-stack developer. You can dive deep into technical details, communicate seamlessly with the development team, and even code yourself when necessary to break through project bottlenecks. You will be the bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring the high-quality and efficient delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of software products/projects, including requirements analysis, project planning, progress tracking, risk mitigation, and quality assurance.

Technical Leadership: Develop a deep understanding of the technical architecture and implementation. Participate in technical reviews, assess feasibility and effort, and make sound decisions.

Hands-On Contribution: When required, directly contribute to coding core modules, performing code reviews, troubleshooting, and solving critical technical challenges, providing solid technical support to the team.

Team Collaboration: Act as the central hub for the team, collaborating closely with product, design, development, testing, and operations to ensure transparency and smooth communication.

Process Improvement: Continuously improve the team's development and project management processes to enhance overall efficiency and delivery capability.

Requirements:

Technical Stack Proficiency:

Strong communication, teamwork, and a learning attitude

Proficiency in English and Chinese language

Front-End: Proficient in at least one modern front-end framework such as React, Vue, or Angular and its ecosystem.

Back-End: Strong proficiency in at least one server-side language and framework: Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), or Go.

Database: Experience in designing and optimizing databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern deployment/operations practices.

Project Management Skills: Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git. Certifications like PMP or CSM are a plus.

Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and technical judgment skills with the ability to quickly identify problems and propose effective solutions.

Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to motivate teams and drive projects forward.

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience in leading or deeply contributing to a product development from 0 to 1.

Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
