Duties include:

2. Independently lead the project team, complete project planning, experimental research scheme and plan design;

3. Lead the project team, coordinate various resources, and push the project forward;

4. Timely do project data analysis, report writing and preparation of promotional materials, and assist the company in product and company promotion;

5. Complete relevant technical file drafting work, including but not limited to SOP, production records, technical transfer files and application materials;

6. Other work assigned by the company.

Job Requirements

1. Cell biology, molecular biology, etc. related professional doctoral degree.

2. Candidates with experience in developing cell therapy products are preferred.

3. Proficient in stem cell culture, flow cytometry, qPCR, immunofluorescence, etc., common cell and molecular biology techniques.

4. Able to independently analyze and solve technical problems, work rigorously, and have a high sense of responsibility.

5. Have good English reading and writing skills.

6. Have good team collaboration awareness and communication skills, and be able to adapt to necessary experimental time arrangements.

7. Hold a Hong Kong identity card or residency certificate.
