A team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Duties
Provide administrative and secretarial support
• Prioritise and arrange internal and external meetings, travel schedules, and bookings for executives• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, assessing its importance and forwarding as necessary• Compile and prepare various documents, including reports, meeting papers, agendas, and presentations• Organise meetings, conferences, and workshops, and prepare agendas and minutes
