Senior UX/UI Designer / Senior UX/UI Manager (consider HKPR only)

Main responsibilities:

1. Use Figma to design high-quality interface prototypes and wireframes

• Establish low to high fidelity page designs, and collaborate with engineers to ensure deliverability.

• Ensure design consistency and reusability.

2. Participate in user research and requirement exploration ( 1 on 1 user interview )

• Conduct interviews with front-line employees and internal users to uncover business and user pain points.

• Observe and record actual process flows, supporting journey mapping creation.

3. Lead usability testing

• Design test scripts and scenarios, and invite users to participate in testing prototypes.

• Analyze test results and propose improvement suggestions.

4. Cross-departmental communication and collaboration

• Work with business representatives (such as PMs, BAs) to clarify processes and logic.

• Understand technical limitations and collaborate with IT teams to develop implementable solutions.

5. Propose user-centered design solutions

• Based on research, interviews and business requirements, propose creative and practical design suggestions.

• Rapidly iterate design solutions to support agile development (agile) processes.

6. Participate in every stage of the product design process

• From requirement discovery, conceptual design, prototype building to final delivery, maintain participation and promotion.
