Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the drafting, organization, archiving and distribution of internal company documents and reports, and for handling external letters and emails received and replied to;
Plan and support internal meetings, customer meetings and business activities, covering meeting materials preparation, venue arrangement, meeting minutes writing and follow-up action;
Coordinate communication and collaboration between departments, transmit work information, track cross-department task progress, and promote smooth internal operations;
Requirements:
Must hold a Hong Kong permanent resident identity card; or have been approved for the Hong Kong "High Talent Pass" and "Outstanding Talent Entry Scheme" residency qualifications; or accept applications from those holding the "Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Arrangement (IANG)" "Dependent Entry Visa" or other valid work permit;
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, with excellent oral expression and written communication skills, able to handle internal and external communication affairs independently in a multilingual environment;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with high efficiency in file editing, data organization, and email management;
Have excellent organizational and coordination skills, detail-oriented thinking and time management techniques, and be able to juggle multiple tasks and deliver them on time;
Benefits:
Monthly salary range: HKD$15,000 to $18,000 (salary negotiable);
Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday;
Working location: Tsim Sha Tsui, Guangdong Road, Harbour City.
