Job Description
Responsibilities
Execute event operational plans developed by the Event Operations Team.
Drive the team to perform assigned roles in accordance with the event plan.
Manage staff deployment, break schedules, and performance throughout the event.
Provide on-site coaching and guidance to staff as required.
Collaborate with other supervisors to effectively utilise resources.
Oversee operations at gates, ticket checking points, seating bowls, floor seating areas, information desks and other event related locations.
Monitor operations and report any unusual conditions or incidents promptly to the Event Control Room (ECR).
Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Event Control Room (ECR) or Guest Services Team permanent staff.
Manage staff attendance records and duty time records tracking.
Requirement
Previous experience in event operations , venue operations, or live-event environments is required.
Demonstrated people management or supervisory experience , including leading frontline teams(10-30 pax or up), managing performance, and providing on-site coaching.
Able to respond quickly to operational issues, incidents, and emergencies across assigned.
Proven ability to deal professionally and calmly with demanding, distressed, or dissatisfied guests.
Strong verbal communication skills to provide clear instructions and updates to staff via face-to-face and radio communication.
