Customer Service Officer (Taxi Driver Service)
• Monthly salary: $18,000 – $19,000
• Location: causeway bay + cheung sha Wan• Contract: 6 months• Working hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (10am-7pm or 2pm-11pm shift)• Benefits: Free meals + scenic office + partial WFHJob Responsibilities:• Respond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality support• Process complex cases and technical difficulties• Assist in solving problems + basic administrative work• 1 year or above customer service experience (with front-line CS experience preferred)• Basic computer operations + Chinese and English input• Proactive, independent, and strong communication skills• Fluent Cantonese, good English is better
