Duties include:

K8s Core Development Responsible for the development of cloud-native platform core components (Operator/Controller, Scheduler, CSI/CNI), deep adaptation to Tencent Cloud TKE.

Ecological component secondary development

Lead the customization development of service mesh (Istio/Envoy) and K8s API extension (AA/Webhook);

Automation delivery Participate in CI/CD platform construction, based on GitOps and IaC (Terraform Provider) to achieve fully automated provisioning of infrastructure and applications.

Qualifications for employment

One. Core technology (essential)

K8s Depth: In-depth understanding of K8s API mechanism, etcd storage and scheduling principle.

Operator/CRD: Proficient in controller-runtime, deeply understand the Informer/WorkQueue/Reconcile model, and have complex controller development capabilities.

Container bottom: In-depth understanding of containerd/OCI standards and the Linux kernel (Namespace/Cgroups).

II. Secondary development capability (essential)

Service Mesh: Familiar with Istio architecture, understand Envoy xDS protocol, and have Sidecar/gateway customization or Wasm extension development experience.

Observability: Familiar with the Prometheus Metrics model, with the ability to develop custom Exporters and optimize PromQL/Recording Rules.

API Extension: Familiar with K8s API Aggregation (AA) and Dynamic Admission Webhook development.

Three. Engineering capability (essential)

IaC Development: Familiar with Terraform architecture, with development, debugging and maintenance capabilities for Terraform Providers.

Multi-cloud adaptation: Familiar with TKE/EKS low-level APIs and feature adaptation.

Have Jenkins/ArgoCD source code customization or CNCF community contribution records.

Deep understanding of eBPF or high-performance network/storage development experience.

Hold CKA/CKAD certification.
