About the brand:

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and effectively formulate action plans

• Manage daily operations of the store, including store display, inventory management, etc.

• Manage and lead store employees, including scheduling, training, evaluation, and motivation

• Establish and maintain whole store and employee service to match the brand image, ensuring compliance with company standards and guidelines

Requirements:

• 5 years or more retail store management experience

• Results-oriented, responsible

• Active and enthusiastic, positive attitude, and leadership skills

• Good Cantonese, Mandarin and English communication skills

• Applicants with sports clothing sales experience and immediate employment will be given priority

• More experienced individuals may consider becoming a Shop Manager
