Job Description
- Responsible for the daily operation of the retail store, including inventory management, product display and related reports, etc.
- Regularly restock and maintain the store's display area for neatness and beauty, ensuring that product displays meet brand image and visual marketing standards.
- Proactively collect customer feedback and help improve service quality and shopping experience.
- Instantly respond to customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and official websites).
- Coordinate internal relevant departments to handle customer inquiries or complaints, ensure problems are properly resolved.
- Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to face customers with politeness and a positive attitude.
- Have a basic understanding of the luxury goods industry and be willing to learn about brand culture and product details.
- Have basic computer skills, familiar with social media platform operations, and those who are familiar with social media platform operations are preferred.
- Able to adapt to the work rhythm of the retail environment, and have a team spirit.
- Applicants with retail or customer service experience will be given priority, and potential newcomers are welcome to join.
- Those with good writing and speaking skills in Chinese and English are preferred.
