Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations within the showroom to ensure a smooth and professional environment for clients and team members

  • Schedule and manage appointments, product demonstrations, and client meetings in collaboration with sales and design teams

  • Maintain accurate inventory records of display items and coordinate restocking or rotation as needed

  • Ensure the showroom is consistently presented in a clean, organized, and visually appealing manner according to brand standards

  • Assist in preparing for special events, product launches, and trade shows by coordinating logistics, materials, and staffing support

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

  • Proven experience in administrative coordination, customer service, or retail/showroom environments

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with inventory management systems is a plus

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams

  • Station Zhongshan office
