Role Overview
The Sales Gallery Assistant (GA) serves as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a premium customer experience while supporting property sales, gallery operations, and administrative coordination. This role combines hospitality excellence, product knowledge, and sales support to ensure a seamless and professional client journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement & Sales Support
• Welcome and register walk-in clients, verify client profiles, and ensure accurate completion of the registration process.
• Provide beverage recommendation, preparation and service with hospitality standards.
• Engage proactively with clients, introducing the company’s background, brand positioning, and project highlights.
• Identify client needs and deliver comprehensive project and product presentations, including conducting show unit viewings.
• Ensuring client comfort, monitoring satisfaction, and providing attentive table service.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Build rapport with repeat clients by remembering names, preferences, and previous interactions to deliver personalized service.
• Professionally manage client inquiries, requests and feedbacks promptly.
• Follow up on sales leads generated from marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and walk-in traffic.
• Support booking processes, loan applications, and assist with Sales & Purchase Agreement (SPA) documentations that send back to the Malaysia headquarter.
2. Product & Industry Knowledge
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of company background, development projects, products, and services.
• Stay updated on Malaysian real estate regulations, including state-specific minimum property prices for foreign purchasers.
• Understand legal requirements and restrictions applicable to foreign property buyers in Malaysia.
• Guide clients through the end-to-end property purchasing process with professionalism and accuracy.
3. Gallery Operations & Inventory Management
• Oversee day-to-day gallery readiness to ensure a well-organized, fully operational, and welcoming environment.
• Manage inventory and procurement of pantry supplies, beverages, snacks, and toiletries.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct weekly/monthly inventory checks, and coordinate timely replenishment based on consumption trends.
• Ensure proper storage of dry, refrigerated, and frozen goods in compliance with hygiene standards.
• Maintain pantry provisions for both staff and clients to support a premium hospitality experience.
4. Gallery Maintenance & Hygiene Standards
• Ensure the gallery, including washrooms, pantry, and storage areas, is consistently clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Clear and reset client tables promptly, ensuring proper sanitation between visits.
• Operate dishwashing equipment to maintain hygiene standards and manage tableware storage.
• Oversee waste management and maintain cleanliness across all service areas.
• Ensure client safety and comfort at all times, including taking necessary action if facilities do not meet hygiene standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience
• Proven experience in retail sales, business development, hospitality, customer service and administrative roles.
Communication Skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
• A team player
Technical Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM systems.

Education
• High school diploma, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

with company brand standards.
• Female is expected with full makeup and tied up a bun or French twist for longer than
shoulder-length hair.
