Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for customer reception and welcoming at the front lobby of the Tsim Sha Tsui branch, showcasing a professional, friendly, and confident service image, and creating a warm, comfortable, and trustworthy service atmosphere
Instantly respond and follow up on customer inquiries, feedback and general issues, providing empathetic support through clear expression and a high sense of responsibility
Maintain the lobby environment clean, orderly, and safe, and regularly check the operation status of facilities
Support the team in completing daily administrative tasks, including registering data, organizing files, preparing service equipment, etc. basic collaboration
Strictly adhere to the company's service standards, privacy policy and confidentiality rules, and ensure the safety of customers' personal information and service experience quality throughout the process
Applicants with 2 years or more of front-line customer service experience are preferred; those with less experience are also welcome to apply, as the company will provide systematic on-the-job training, covering service processes, basic knowledge of pain, communication skills and emotional management
Fluent in Cantonese, able to communicate basic needs in Mandarin; with excellent listening skills, clear oral expression ability, and written record ability
Be sincere and polite to others, with a high level of service awareness, sense of responsibility, stress resistance, and emotional stability management
Able to adapt to shift work arrangements (Monday to Sunday), including the following time periods: 11:00–20:00, 12:00–21:00, 13:00–22:00
Must hold a valid work permit in Hong Kong (e.g., Hong Kong permanent resident identity, High Talent Pass, Outstanding Talent Pass, IANG, Dependent visa or other valid work permit)
Generous salary: monthly Hong Kong dollars $19,000–$20,000
