Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct business and market analysis, study customer investment portfolios, financial trends and economic data, and propose actionable insights to enhance consulting service effectiveness.

2. Participate in strategic planning and execution work, collaborate with the team to identify market opportunities, optimize customer interaction modes, and support the implementation of various business development plans.

3. Write professional presentations and reports, including proposal documents, financial models, and strategic advice, for internal discussion or client communication, showcasing solid analysis and expression skills.

4. Learn and master consultation-based communication skills, strengthen customer relationship management ability, assist in building long-term trust relationships, and ensure continuous excellence in service quality.

5. Actively participate in systemized training courses, covering financial product knowledge, consulting service framework and business strategy modules, and continuously enhance professional strength.

1. Have a bachelor’s degree (applicants who are recent graduates or in their final year of study are also eligible), with preference given to those with a master’s degree.

2. Have good logical thinking and analysis skills, pay attention to details, and effectively solve problems.

3. Have excellent communication and interpersonal interaction skills, be good at team work and proactive.

4. Desire to learn new knowledge, have self-motivation, and be able to grow quickly in a high-performance environment.
