Outdoor sports field market promotion and site survey

Job Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operation of the site, including the planning, coordination and scheduling of construction work.

- Supervise engineering progress and construction safety, ensure project completion on time and meet relevant safety standards.

- Coordinate material supply and manpower allocation, guide on-site workers to carry out specific construction tasks.

- Record the daily progress of the site, compile reports for senior review and reference.

- Contact subcontractors, customers, contractors and other relevant units, coordinate process arrangements and solve on-site sudden problems.

- Need to work in outdoor environments, accept flexible work site arrangements, and handle support affairs at various construction sites.

Work requirements

- Have basic computer operations knowledge, and be able to use office software for simple data processing and report creation.

- Good Chinese reading and writing skills, basic English reading and writing skills are required to handle communication and file recording work.

- Knowledge of drawing construction plans is preferred; those with a safety card and construction worker registration certificate are given priority.

- Priority will be given to those with a driver's license, making it easier to travel between construction sites and coordinate logistics.

- Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to effectively handle on-site affairs and emergencies under pressure.

Working hours

Monday to Saturday: 09:00 to 18:00
