Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team at Siam Barber (located on Lun Fat Street, Wanchai), where we provide top-notch grooming services to a diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of professional barbering experience and expertise in fade cuts, along with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and staying current with industry trends. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of barbering services, including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and styling, with a strong emphasis on precision fade cuts (e.g., low fades, high fades, taper fades)

• Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs, recommend suitable styles, and ensure high satisfaction through personalized service

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety standards, including proper sanitation of tools and equipment

• Stay updated on the latest barbering techniques, trends, and products to enhance service offerings

• Assist in inventory management, scheduling appointments, and promoting additional services or products

• Collaborate with team members to foster a welcoming and professional shop environment

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience

• Proven proficiency in fade cuts and other modern barbering techniques; portfolio or references demonstrating skills preferred

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to work efficiently during peak hours

• Knowledge of hair types, textures, and products; experience with diverse clientele is a plus

• It is a big advantage if you can speak Thai as many customers are Thai nationals
