Key Responsibilities:

• To develop content strategy and posts for social media platforms;

• To produce and design images, infographics, videos and animations for the posts; and prepare Chinese and English descriptions;

• To expand outreach efforts to community, press and social media influencers;

• To monitor and manage feedback on social media platforms;

• To monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy;

• To take up other multimedia assignments and other social media related duties as required; and

• To carry out any other duties assigned by the Chief Information Officer (CIO) or his/her representatives.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in graphic/multimedia design, and marketing/communications/public relations, or relevant subjects, from a Hong Kong university or equivalent;

• Extensive knowledge and experience in creating/editing images and infographics, as well as writing descriptions for social media posts for publication via platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu and Douyin

• Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and English as well as written Chinese and English

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and After Effects);

• Knowledge and experience in arranging video live streaming on social media platforms and hands-on experience in related software (e.g. Open Broadcaster Software);
