Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute cross-platform social media content strategy (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, etc.)

• Manage social media communities, reply to user comments and private messages, and maintain brand image.

• Track social media data performance and regularly analyze results.

• Plan and execute online marketing activities (such as giveaways, interactive topics, KOL collaborations, etc.), enhance fan growth and interaction.

• Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics, explore new social media platforms and content forms.

• Assist the marketing team in completing other digital marketing-related tasks.

Work requirements

• Social media and digital marketing professional diploma

• At least 1-2 years of community media operation or content creation experience (welcome to showcase your personal work or successful cases).

• Mainstream social media platform operations and backend management, familiar with platform algorithms and advertising placement logic.

• High data sensitivity, able to use analysis tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)

• Good communication skills, team spirit, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
