We are looking for a creative "Social Media Specialist"

Not just a regular "postman", but someone who knows"Storytelling" Creative content creator! mReferral is a mortgage brokerage company, and our mission is to help our customers find the most suitable mortgage solution. And now we need you, use creativity and visual storytelling to turn the latest "mortgage information" into easy-to-understand and interesting content and spread it to the public!

Main work content:

1. Short film creation and on-camera work (from brainstorming to shooting to editing)
   • Willing to appear on camera as a host, using a lively way to interview industry consultants, breaking down complex mortgage information, and making it easy for viewers to understand.
2. Social media content management

• Familiar with the gameplay of various platforms, understand how to adjust content strategy in response to algorithm changes, and make every video clip a potential hot topic.

3. Data-driven and traffic growth

• Regularly analyze content performance, learn from data, and continuously optimize creative direction and publishing strategy.
• Follow market dynamics, capture the audience's concerns about mortgages, and create topical content.

We hope you:

• Passionate about creation, with experience and insights into filming and editing, familiar with CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc. tools.
• Able to handle simple cover image or film information design, familiar with Photoshop, Canva, etc. tools.
• Like trying new things, willing to appear on camera and explain, with good expression and camera awareness.
• Sensitive to data, using insights to drive content improvement.
• Desire to try various AI tools to optimize your content creation workflow.
• Interested in mortgages or financial topics, willing to learn and digest professional information.
