Job Description:

• Handle member’s inquiries, compliant and membership application

• Maintain consistent communication with members and potential customers across various channels

• Maintain daily club operations

• Support with other administrative tasks as requested by management

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of customer service, sales, operation, or relevant experience

• Strongcommunication and customer service skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines and deliver results efficiently.

• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Shift duty is required
