About Us:

Hygiene First Group is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing medical care service solutions for healthcare institutions and individual clients. We are currently seeking a Registered Social Worker to join our team and provide elder care support.

● Assist in managing overall daily operations and administration.

● Help schedule and deploy staff to designated client sites.

● Deliver services to enhance social capital, provide counseling and case management, organize social activities and volunteer services, and visit all tenants in elderly and assisted living flats.

● Handle daily requests, inquiries, and complaints from the elderly while coordinating on-site between internal and external parties.

● Conduct cold calls to potential clients to expand the customer base and maintain strong client relationships.

● Provide general administrative and clerical support to the department.

● Execute temporary assignments and duties as instructed by management.

Requirements:

● Diploma holder or above in Social Work/Health Science with a minimum of 1-3 years’ post-qualification experience in recognized welfare organizations focusing on elderly service; community services are preferable.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

● Sensitive to interpersonal relations with strong communication skills.

● Courteous, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

● Immediate availability is preferred.
