Responsibilities:

- Handle and Coordinate Soft Toy & Squishy product development, (prototypes, molds, production, product and material sourcing) with factory

- Ensure all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization’s established policies and objectives

- Manage the daily operations of engineering team and deliver the KPI of company for engineering and technical functions

- Responsible in managing/ assisting to manage suppliers, product development schedule, costing comparison & calculation, sourcing material and vendors.

- Follow-up orders with factory, customers and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

- Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

- Willing to travel or station in China factories

Requirements:

- Diploma or above in Engineering or related field

- At least 6-8 yrs of experiences in toys manufacturing (soft / Plush)

- Strong with soft toy & plush development is a definite advantage

- Solid experience in the manufacturing field with exposure in areas of production, quality, safety, logistics and maintenance

- Good understanding of production processes and manufacturing capabilities
