Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced, Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead our engineering teams to develop our flagship smart building platform.

Key Responsibilities

Product Development & Architecture: Lead the development of our software platform, by incorporate cutting edge technologies and AI.

Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Cloud operations: Oversee the management of internal and customer cloud environments that host the IGC platform.

Stakeholder Management: Balance engineering resource and output according to dynamic business needs of the company. Work closely with senior leadership to align technology goals with our business objectives.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a pragmatic software engineering leadership role in B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.

Extensive experience with modern cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure or AliCloud).

Strong background in building secure, scalable, multi-tenant enterprise applications.

Proven ability to build and scale engineering teams.

Exceptional communication skills to effectively communication technical and business matters to team and other stakeholders.

Embrace AI for product development and deployment.

Experience in ESG smart building solutions, IoT infrastructure, AI technology integration and 3D BIM model integration a plus.

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese.
