As a Software Support Engineer (IT, Redis), you’ll support cloud and on-premise environments by ensuring seamless system deployment, database operations, and cross-team collaboration. This role is ideal for someone tech-savvy, proactive, and eager to work on cutting-edge enterprise solutions.

As a Software Support Engineer (focused on IT and Redis), you will be responsible for supporting customer system deployments, database operations, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure cloud and on-premises systems run smoothly. This role is suitable for proactive and technical support, and those who hope to participate in innovative projects.

Responsibilities | Work Responsibilities

• Design and advise on database setups (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis), and support sales/marketing teams with technical insights.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct system tests, and simulate real-world use cases.
• Prepare technical documentation, deliver training sessions, and present complex ideas to non-technical teams.
• Collaborate with global experts to refine architecture and contribute to thought leadership through tech articles and case studies.
• Design and provide database technology support such as MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis to customers, and assist the marketing/sales team in explaining technical advantages
• Write technical documents and user manuals, host product training and communicate with non-technical personnel
• Exchange with overseas and domestic technical experts, optimize architecture, and write application cases and articles to share experiences

Requirements | Position requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related fields, with 3–5 years of relevant experience (≤5 years total experience).
• Familiar with IT infrastructure and database operations (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Basic networking knowledge and system administration skills.
• Strong communication skills to work across teams.
• Quick learner, logical thinker, and able to leverage AI tools for productivity.
• Hold a STEM or related science bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of software maintenance experience (total work experience not exceeding 5 years)
• Familiar with IT architecture and database operations (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)
• Have basic network knowledge and system management experience
• Proficient in team communication and cross-departmental collaboration
• Have quick learning and logical thinking abilities, and be able to effectively use AI tools to improve work efficiency

Bonus Points |

• Having DevOps or cloud certification (AWS/Azure/GCP/CKA/CKAD)
• Preference will be given to those who have participated in open source projects or technical communities
