Key Responsibilities

• Execute routine maintenance on servers, storage, backup systems, network switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and IPT solutions.
• Swiftly diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network issues to minimize operational disruptions.
• Collaborate with backend support teams to conduct security audits and implement industry best practices.
• Apply patches and security updates to systems, often during off-hours, to ensure operational integrity.
• Optimize network configurations (e.g., VLANs, QoS) and manage IPT systems (e.g., SIP, VoIP).
• Maintain clear documentation of maintenance activities, incident reports, and system configurations for efficiency and transparency.
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to provide seamless support and drive proactive system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of IT support experience with practical expertise in servers, storage, networking, or IPT systems.
• Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux servers, backup tools (e.g., Veeam), and networking equipment (switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi).
• Familiarity with IPT technologies such as SIP and VoIP.
• Certifications like CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Fortinet NSE are a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities, independence, and excellent communication skills for customer-facing support.
• Availability to perform maintenance or critical updates during non-standard hours.
