Job Description
Key Responsibilities：
Perform daily technical support and routine inspections for electrical systems, water supply systems, or ventilation systems based on the candidate’s area of expertise.
Troubleshoot and carry out basic repairs and maintenance to ensure smooth and safe operation of facility utilities.
Assist in emergency breakdown handling and support preventive maintenance activities as directed by the supervisor.
Job Requirements：
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade A or above (mandatory).
Basic knowledge of facility safety procedures and the ability to work independently under guidance.
Willing to learn and adapt to different technical tasks across electricity, water, or ventilation systems.

Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday); 08:30 – 17:00 (alternate Saturday)
