Job Description
Special Asset Management/ Debt Recovery [Assistant Manager/ Manager]
Working hour 9:00 - 18:00 (No OT)
Main Duties
Check default claims carefully for business and small company loans.
Monitor how banks handle problem loans and recover debts, including taking legal action against borrowers and guarantors.
Work on your own to arrange debt restructurings and review repayment plans to resolve issues quickly and smoothly.
Supervise the team, help improve skills, and use new tools/technology to make work better, faster, and more accurate.
Communicate well with people inside and outside the organization, and help manage different loan guarantee programs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field.
At least 4-5 years of experience in managing problem loans in commercial banking, or in corporate restructuring/insolvency at an international accounting firm.
