Currently in a phase of rapid growth, we are seeking a meticulous, stable, and highly efficient special assistant to join us and work with company leaders to build an efficient operating system and drive continued business growth.
Duties:
2. Responsible for the establishment and optimization of the company's administrative and operational processes, including file management, data organization, process standardization, and policy implementation.
3. Participate in company business-related communication and coordination, including liaison and connection with suppliers, customers, partners and Hong Kong local institutions.
4. Assist in preparing business documents such as quotations, draft contracts, meeting minutes, business analysis materials, etc.
5. Process part of the company leader's personal affairs, such as appointment, travel arrangements, family management, health management, and related coordination.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the company's responsible person, and be able to take on temporary important project support when needed.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive assistance to company leaders in schedule management, meeting arrangements, business trip planning, and follow-up on important matters to ensure efficient work progress.
2. Responsible for establishing and optimizing the company's administrative and operational processes, including document management, data organization, process standardization, and policy implementation.
3. Participate in communication and coordination related to company business, including liaison and coordination with suppliers, customers, partners, and local Hong Kong institutions.
4. Assist in preparing business documents, such as quotations, draft contracts, meeting minutes, and business analysis materials.
5. Handle some of the company manager's personal affairs, such as appointments, travel arrangements, family management, health management, and related coordination.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the company manager and provide temporary support for important projects when necessary.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in Chinese, English and Cantonese, with excellent written and oral expression skills.
2. Familiar with Hong Kong's business environment, those with administrative, assistant, secretarial or trading-related experience are preferred.
3. Strong organizational, communication and execution skills, able to maintain efficiency and attention to detail in a multitasking environment.
4. High sense of responsibility, confidentiality and professional ethics, able to adapt to the fast-changing work rhythm.
5. Able to accept flexible working hours and willing to devote effort to the company's development.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
2. Familiar with the Hong Kong business environment; prior experience in administration, assistantship, secretarial work, or trade is preferred.
3. Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills; able to maintain efficiency and meticulousness in multitasking environments.
4. High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and professional ethics; able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
5. Able to accept flexible working hours and willing to dedicate effort to the company's development.
