Job Description
Duties:
1. Responsible for the planning and construction, requirement analysis, acceptance, and on-line promotion of human resources-related informationization projects in the company, working closely with business and R&D personnel to grasp key details;
3. In the product design and launch process, write product documentation, collaborate with IT and human resources departments, and conduct HR system training and promotion.

Product thinking: Have product thinking.
Technology/System: Familiar with third-party systems is best, but if you are not familiar with them, it is okay.
