We are currently recruiting Shop Supervisor to drive the development of KOLON SPORT~

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to promote KOLON SPORT sportswear, and achieve and exceed the company's operating targets

• Manage daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling and training, inventory management, etc.

• Analyze and manage store sales and data, such as sales of goods achieved, develop action plans to make reports

• Ensure effective communication and execution of company policies with the operations department

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years or more retail fashion management experience is preferred

• Understand and manage store sales and data, such as sales of goods, formulation of action plans

• Have mature and excellent personnel management, leadership skills and management skills

• Independent decision-making ability while emphasizing team spirit
