What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting private hospitals and medical groups.

• Meet assigned sales goals and contribute to overall business growth.

• Introduce and promote microbial-based risk prediction test kits to healthcare professionals, including doctors, specialists, and procurement teams.

• Conduct product presentations, clinical education sessions, and hands-on demonstrations.

• Design and implement customized solutions aligned with the specific needs of each medical institution.

• Build and sustain long-term partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and technical support teams to ensure smooth execution and customer success.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Business, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of sales experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or pharmaceuticals.

• Prior experience in account management, preferably within Hong Kong’s private hospital or medical group sector.

• Strong planning and organizational ability to develop tailored solutions for diverse healthcare clients.

• Excellent English and presentation skills, with proven negotiation and communication abilities.

• A collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively across teams and functions.

• Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.

• Self-driven, results-focused, and capable of working independently.
