Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up and operating all lighting equipment for production in the studio and remote broadcast site, and for power planning
• Work with producers, photographers and other crew members to determine appropriate lighting effects
• Responsible for the maintenance and repair of lighting equipment, power supplies and accessories
• Shifts are required, occasionally including overnight work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays; and able to work during typhoons, black rain warnings, "extreme conditions" and other emergencies

Requirements:

• Holding a professional diploma or higher degree, or equivalent, from a Hong Kong education or vocational training institution in broadcasting, television, film, digital media and/or technical art;
• And have accumulated two (2) years or more of experience in television studio lighting operations for television production or theater for various performances
• or have accumulated four (4) years or more of experience in television studio lighting operations for television production or theater for various performances
• (a) Have working-level Cantonese and English speaking skills, as well as the ability to effectively follow the production script in Chinese and English; and
• (b) Able to communicate fluently in Cantonese and simple English with producers, hosts and guests
